  • 1 egg + 1 yolk
  • 1 tsp granulated garlic
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • juice from 1/2 lemon
  • 2 cups olive oil (avocado oil and macadamia oil for a more mild taste)
  • salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Combine everything but the oil in a food processor or blender and mix.
  2. Then, turn and leave your blender/processor on while SLOWLY adding the oil, about ¼ Cup at a time. This helps it emulsify properly.
  3. Store in a jar or a squeeze bottle.
  4. *If you have a stick blender (immersion blender) then just throw your ingredients in a jar and blend!
