Mayonnaise
Ingredients:
- 1 egg + 1 yolk
- 1 tsp granulated garlic
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- juice from 1/2 lemon
- 2 cups olive oil (avocado oil and macadamia oil for a more mild taste)
- salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Combine everything but the oil in a food processor or blender and mix.
- Then, turn and leave your blender/processor on while SLOWLY adding the oil, about ¼ Cup at a time. This helps it emulsify properly.
- Store in a jar or a squeeze bottle.
- *If you have a stick blender (immersion blender) then just throw your ingredients in a jar and blend!
