During my late 40’s I was experiencing ‘age’ related health issues. Seeking conventional professional medical advice, I was issued meds, I didn’t like it! After several years of living with what I describe as “sub optimal health” I did some research and self diagnoses, I came to the conclusion that I needed to ‘exercise’ more and eat healthier.

I knew that I wouldn’t adopt an exercise regimen on my own, I needed help! I didn’t have a specific goal, I simply chose to commit 8 weeks to this class called Eupraxia. I would learn a workout routine that I could adopt and use the rest of my life. I learned about nutrition from Dr. Steve Czys, I read everything I could get my eyes on that pertained to this lifestyle and applied that to my daily life. I feel that this is much more than just a workout regimen and diet; it truly is a lifestyle change that empowers you to take control of your health. I was intrigued and committed.

During my 8 weeks I focused solely on going to each class Monday through Friday and giving

100% for the duration, usually 25-35 minutes. It wasn’t easy, I was sore most of the time, especially the first week and a half, but I was committed for 8 weeks. What I found amazing is that as the days passed my body and mind became acclimated to the diet and workouts, the workouts didn’t get easier, but my recovery was quicker, my energy level was noticeably higher, and my mind became clearer. I was feeling positive affects of my commitment.

At the end of my 8 weeks, 5 days a week workout experience, my blood pressure had dropped to more normal numbers, (I had prehypertension numbers) my resting heart rate fell 12 beats on average, I sleep more soundly, my energy is consistent throughout the day, and I am currently not experiencing those ‘age ‘related issues I had developed the passed 3 years. At age 51 I feel fantastic, both mentally and physically, how do you put a price on that?

I challenge anyone who’s looking to take control of their health, commit to 8 weeks, and learn proper nutrition from Dr. Steve. Learn and perform a workout that truly challenges you every time you do it. You’ll be amazed at how, in a short time, you will feel empowered.
