Homemade Fruit Snacks
- 1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 1 Cup fresh or frozen fruit of your choice (Berries are great! If using something like peaches, make sure they are diced)
- 4 TBS Gelatin (I like Great Lakes brand)
Combine liquid and fruit together in a saucepan on the stove and simmer on medium heat until fruit is tender and liquid is steaming. Pour into blender or food processor and blend well. Let cool for a bit, add your 4 TBS of gelatin and blend again until smooth. Pour into candy molds, square baking dish or fill a muffin tin about 1/4″ full. Chill in fridge approximately one hour.
