Grainless Crackers
Ingredients:
- 3 c. almond flour
- 1 ½ tsp. salt
- 1 c. sesame seeds
- 2 eggs, whisked until frothy
- 2 tbsp. olive oil or coconut oil (melted)
Instructions:
- Stir together all ingredients in a large mixing bowl until well combined.
- Separate dough into two halves.
- Line 2 large baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Place half of the dough on each baking sheet.
- With another layer of parchment paper over the top of the dough, roll out the dough until it is about 1/8 inch think and covers the whole baking sheet.
- Repeat with the other half of the dough.
- Remove the top layer of paper and cut dough into 2 inch squares.
- Bake at 350 degrees, for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
