Karissa

Hey! My name is Karissa Bjornstad. I just finished my sophomore year at UW-La Crosse. I am a Public Health major with a minor in nutrition. I am originally from the Holmen/Onalaska area and graduated from Holmen in 2016. I grew up playing volleyball and basketball, which I then played in high school. In my free time I love to be outside, whether it is on the river with my family or playing some sand volleyball with my friends, I am pretty much up for anything! 

I have always been interested in fitness, but it wasn’t until my senior year of high school when I figured out what I wanted to do. After college, I hope to be involved with corporate wellness and help better the lives of individuals in the workplace as well as on their own. I realize that health and fitness are important, and I want to share my love for it with as many people as possible. Eupraxia has already taught me so much and I am so thankful to have so many people willing to help along the way! I can’t wait to get to know everyone and share some awesome workouts with you all!
